Brian Mast has dedicated his entire life to serving his country. Prior to running for Congress, he served 12 years in the U.S. Army and worked as a bomb disposal expert in Afghanistan. In 2010, Mast suffered major injuries from an IED explosion in Kandahar, Afghanistan. The explosion resulted in the amputation of both of his legs. Brian did not let this injury hold him back. After his recovery, he worked as an explosives expert for the Department of Homeland Security, the NSA, and the ATF.
Brian is running for reelection to continue to serve his country and to provide safety and opportunity to the people of Florida’s 18th congressional district.
